Cancellation
Nothing is charged when you reserve, so cancelling costs you nothing. Telling us early costs you nothing either, and it lets somebody else have the slot.
The rule
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. No fee, no deposit to lose, nothing to reclaim — because nothing was taken in the first place.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or reply to the confirmation we sent you, and tell us the name the booking is under and the date. That is the whole process.
If it is less than 24 hours before, tell us anyway. There is no penalty; we would simply rather know than send a vehicle to a door nobody answers.
If you are running late on the day
Call or message the number that confirmed your pickup. The vehicle may carry other guests and cannot wait indefinitely, but a few minutes' warning usually solves it.
If we cancel
If a session cannot run, we contact you on the number you gave and offer another date or another region. Since nothing has been charged, there is nothing to refund.
No-shows
If nobody is at the meeting point and we cannot reach you, the vehicle has to continue. No charge follows, but the session is gone — so a message beforehand is always worth it.
