What we record when you book

Your name, phone number, and — if you give one — your e-mail address; the hotel and room number you asked to be collected from; the region and pickup area; the date; the number of adults, children and infants; and anything you write in the notes field.

All of it exists for one reason: to collect you from the right door at the right time and to confirm the session with you. The phone number is the only channel we have for the pickup call, which is why it is the one field we validate.

What we record when you send an enquiry

Your name and phone number, plus your e-mail address, the region, your hotel, the date and the party size if you give them, and your message. Nothing else.

Who it is shared with

The operator running your session — Atalay Tour — and the hamam expecting you on the day. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or pass booking data to advertisers, and no third-party advertising or analytics script runs on this website.

Payment

We do not take payment on this site. No card details are requested, entered or stored anywhere in this booking flow, because you pay at the hamam on the day.

Analytics

We count page views and a few interactions — which region was chosen, whether a booking was started — using our own first-party measurement. It sets no advertising cookie, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

Your browser may also store a small amount of information locally so the site behaves sensibly. That stays on your device.

How long it is kept

Booking records are kept as long as the operator needs them for their own accounting and for dealing with any question that arises afterwards. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as the conversation is live.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and say what you want done; we do not require a particular form of words.

If a booking has already happened, the operator may need to keep the record for accounting reasons even after a deletion request — we will tell you plainly if that is the case.

Children

Children are booked by an accompanying adult, and the only thing we record about them is how many there are and their ages, which the hamam needs in order to set the session up appropriately.
