Booking terms
There is no small print here that contradicts the rest of the site. This is the same information, gathered in one place.
What a reservation is
When you submit the booking form you are reserving a place on a hamam session. Nothing is charged at that moment, no card details are taken, and no deposit is held. We confirm the booking and the pickup time with you before the day.
A reservation becomes firm when we have confirmed it with you. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave, we may not be able to confirm the pickup.
What the price includes
The price shown is per person and covers the programme described on the region's page: round-trip hotel transfer from the pickup areas of that region, sauna, steam room, the kese body scrub, the foam wash and foam massage, a relaxing oil and aroma massage, a peştemal, towel and slippers, and local insurance.
It does not include drinks, extended or upgraded massages, clay or aroma masks, facial treatments, photography, or tips. Those are offered at the hamam and paid there.
What you pay, and when
You pay at the hamam on the day. The amount is the total shown in your booking summary — adults, children, infants at no charge, and the transfer line.
Children aged 4–10 pay half the adult fare. Under-3s are free.
Pickup
Your pickup time depends on your hotel and on the session, and is confirmed with you before the day. Please be at the agreed meeting point a few minutes early: the vehicle may carry other guests, and a long wait makes them late too.
If your hotel is outside the pickup areas listed for your region, contact us before booking. We do not quote a transfer we have not agreed.
Health
A hamam is not recommended during pregnancy or for guests with heart or circulatory conditions. Guests with a medical condition, high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, or a recent operation or injury should speak to their doctor before booking and tell the hamam before the session.
Do not drink alcohol before a session. The hamam may decline to proceed with a guest who is intoxicated, and no refund arises in that case.
If something changes
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session — see the cancellation page. If we have to move or cancel a session ourselves, we will contact you on the number you gave and offer an alternative.
Nothing has been charged, so a cancellation costs you nothing.
Behaviour and belongings
Changing facilities are provided. Bring as little as you can and leave valuables at your hotel.
The hamam may ask a guest to leave if their behaviour affects other guests or staff.
