Is transfer included in the hamam price?

Yes, round-trip, from every pickup area we serve in your region. It is inside the price rather than added at the end.

What time is the pickup?

It depends on your hotel and on the session, and we confirm it with you before the day. We deliberately do not publish a clock time.

My hotel is not in your list. Can you still collect me?

Possibly — message us before booking and we will tell you honestly. We will not quote a transfer we have not agreed.

Hotel transfer to the hamam

The transfer is not an upsell and not an add-on. It is in the price, both ways, and this page says exactly where from.

Round-trip hotel transfer is included in the hamam price in all four regions. An air-conditioned vehicle collects you from your hotel and brings you back to the same door. We confirm the pickup time with you before the day — it depends on your hotel and on how the session fills — and we never publish a clock time, because a published time is wrong for somebody. If your hotel is outside the areas listed here, message us before booking rather than after.

Why there is no pickup time on this website

Because it would be wrong. Your pickup depends on which hotel you are in, where else the vehicle is calling, and how the session is filling — and those are settled close to the day, not when a page is written.

So we confirm it with you directly, by phone or WhatsApp, on the number you give when booking. That is why the form asks for a country code and why it is worth getting right.

What the vehicle is

An air-conditioned vehicle, which may carry other guests being collected for the same session. You are brought back to the same hotel door afterwards.

The total time away from your hotel is about 2.5 to 3 hours, including the drive there and back.

If your hotel is not on the list

Message us before you book. We will tell you honestly whether we can reach you and what it would involve.

What we will not do is take a booking and then quote a transfer we never agreed. A surprise fee at the door is how a good afternoon becomes a bad review, and it is the reason the booking form sends an unrecognised pickup point to us rather than inventing a price for it.

Room numbers and meeting at reception

Give us your room number when you book if you have it. Large resorts have several gates, and the vehicle will usually meet you at the main reception — we tell you which when we confirm.

Be there a few minutes early. The vehicle may have other guests on board, and a long wait makes them late too.
